Innovative production solutions

At OmegaOne, we are able to adapt our production process to the most demanding projects. We have a broad range of machinery, and in response to the specific requirements of our Clients, we develop unique equipment for non-standard operations.

Wherever possible, we prioritize automation over manual labor, which ensures process standardization, greater accuracy, and reduces the need for additional quality control. Our approach lowers costs, enhances the engineering skills of our Employees, and allows for project optimization.

As a result, we lower the product price for the Client while maintaining cost efficiency. Thanks to our strong financial position, we are always ready to purchase or lease new production lines as needed.

Flexible supply chain

The highest quality of products and services we receive is the result of years of collaboration with our trusted Suppliers from markets around the world.

We support our current Suppliers in their development by working with them on product quality, maintaining inventory levels, supply chain flexibility, and short lead times.

When identifying new sources of supply, we primarily seek business partners whose vision, mission, and goals align with ours, and whose experience and innovation will strengthen every project we undertake together.

the quality of OMEGAONE

The standard of embedding quality into the process guarantees our Clients’ satisfaction. Three key resources – highly skilled specialist teams, a modern machinery park developed in line with the Industry 4.0 model, and a proven supply chain – interact with each other in the main processes we control, ensuring that quality is maintained at every stage.

APQP

We start with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), where the Design and Sales Team (DST) analyzes the Client’s needs and expectations and designs products and manufacturing processes in a way that ensures the prevention of non-conformities. Our Engineers use standard quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and PPAP, and develop comprehensive control plans.

Precise testing and validation

Every new production process at OmegaOne undergoes rigorous testing and validation according to the Client’s requirements. We have a metallographic laboratory for verifying crimped connections, as well as equipment for testing connection strength, such as pull testers with a maximum range of 10,000 N. Our machines are equipped with crimp force analyzers, enabling continuous monitoring of production process capabilities and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Integrated Management System

Thanks to our quality-focused approach, we pass 100% of qualifying audits and continually improve our PPM (Parts Per Million) metrics – in recent years, the external non-conformity rate has not exceeded 500 PPM, while at the same time:

\\

Since 2006, we have been certified under ISO 9001:2015, and since 2014, under ISO 14001:2015.

\\

We hold UL certification for the production of electrical harnesses in accordance with ZPFW8 and ZPFW2 standards.

\\

We issue declarations of conformity for the materials used, in compliance with global regulations concerning the presence of restricted substances and chemicals in products (REACH, RoHS). We also certify the origin of goods (COO).

\\

We confirm the material composition of our products and analyze the sourcing of raw materials by manufacturers (CMRT).

\\

For all projects, we prepare PPAP, MSA, and SPC documentation.

\\

We have extensive training materials, error catalogs, and monitoring plans, which are regularly updated.

\\

Control and measurement devices are verified both internally and in accredited laboratories.

\\

We ensure our Employees are trained in the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard.

Optimizations ensuring quality built into the process

At our company, the production processes of electrical harnesses are carried out with the highest precision and attention to detail, allowing us to deliver solutions of unparalleled quality for the electromobility sectors, renewable energy sources, and products that enhance people’s quality of life. We embed quality into every stage of the process, constantly seeking opportunities for optimization to ensure even better results. Our operators are qualified and experienced specialists who contribute their knowledge and skills to the excellence of our products.

lean transformation

We are in the process of implementing a Lean strategy, aimed at ingraining this philosophy in each of our Employees. Lean is the streamlining of processes using specialized tools, which allows us to operate more efficiently and innovatively.

Lean tools we use:

  • Value Stream Mapping – clearly identifies areas for optimization,
  • 5S – ensures order, safety, and transparent organization of workstations,
  • Visual Management – facilitates defining, communicating, and understanding goals,
  • SMED – increasing flexibility by reducing setup and changeover times,
  • TPM – close cooperation between Operators and Maintenance Technicians aimed at maximizing the availability of machines and equipment,
  • Kaizen – involvement of all Employees in continuous improvement.

Process mapping and optimization are key elements of our Lean strategy, encompassing both production processes and those related to management and administration. When designing each process, we strive to identify and minimize waste to ensure that the processes are as efficient as possible.

From Lean to Agile

We perceive Lean as a way to unlock the production potential of our Employees. This enables them to focus their resources on more important activities and respond quickly to market changes. Our continuous commitment to new projects and ongoing process improvement helps us deliver flexible and effective solutions.

Agile management

Success in implementing agile management in a manufacturing company depends on the competencies of its Employees. It is their work habits and communication that determine how skillfully and quickly they can adapt in an environment of constant change and unpredictability.

Our Clients expect lightning-fast responses, which even the highest level of specialist competencies cannot guarantee. Therefore, at OmegaOne, we develop five key partnership competencies in management (Customer Orientation, Communication, Goal Setting, Leadership, Process Management). This is a necessary condition for fully leveraging the specialized knowledge we possess.

We provide our Team with targeted training (e.g., in the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard or SEP certification) from their very first day at the Company.

our management
technology

in a nutshell

Process management is an innovative method through which our company achieves its goals and is always ready for new challenges. It is based on precise definition, modeling, measuring, and optimization of processes that generate added value for our Clients and the entire Organization. By focusing on business processes rather than individual functions and tasks, we adopt a holistic approach that considers the interdependencies within the ecosystem of the Company, our Clients, Suppliers, and other business partners.

Employees with expert-level competencies serve as owners of processes and sub-processes, making them management partners for the executive staff. This enables them to effectively control actions, ensuring their continuous optimization and improvement. Such an approach not only enhances the quality of our products but also speeds up and streamlines the decision-making process, which is crucial in a dynamically changing market.

Process management provides us with increased agility, enabling quick and accurate responses
to market needs and the requirements of our Clients.

Stable development in an unpredictable environment

To achieve stable development in an unpredictable environment, we have focused on our Omega Team as our main resource and continue to invest in it. For years, we have been developing the business partnership competencies of our Employees so that they can responsibly manage processes. Thanks to a consistently conducted policy of organizational development based on the growth of the people who create it, we are prepared to serve our Company’s Clients at the highest level, thus being their partner – expert.

Part of a greater whole

Our motto, ‘We Are Part of a Greater Whole’, is a declaration of responsibility and awareness that we operate within global business processes that shape reality in economic, social, and environmental dimensions. We recognize that every company is an integral part of a larger ecosystem, which is why we foster attitudes of sustainable development in our Team, promoting transparency, respect, and trust. Our partnership culture, developed over the years, enables us to fulfill our promise of being an expert partner for our Clients.

our contribution to the direction of economic developement

Electrical harnesses are a rapidly growing market, and the demand for electricity is continuously increasing. Taking responsibility for our contribution to the future of the economy, we deliberately seek partnerships with those stakeholders whose development we wish to support. We act with the utmost dedication because it aligns with our values. We prioritize electromobility, renewable energy, and products dedicated to creating new standards for a higher quality of life for people, manufactured in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.

We are building the future we want to live in

Sustainable development is based on the recognition that every company and the people who create it are part of a greater whole. The greater this awareness, the better the chance of collectively making decisions that benefit current and future generations. We foster such attitudes among our Team members by conducting operational activities based on the formula: ‘I am a partner - I see a partner’. In practice, this means trusting the intentions of others, continuously verifying the competencies of partners, and constantly enhancing them to meet the increasing complexity of goals in business processes. In this way, we are building the future we want our children and grandchildren to experience.
