Most of the assembly process is performed manually at specially prepared assembly stations. Our team of skilled employees ensures that each component is accurately assembled according to internal documentation, based on the Client’s project specifications.
Our company is characterized by high flexibility and the ability to adapt to the expectations and requirements of our clients. We have many years of experience in assembling various types of electrical harnesses and are always open to new projects. We are able to adapt both our machinery and expand the knowledge and skills of our employees to ensure maximum satisfaction with the projects we execute.
For electrical testing, we always use dedicated pin connectors to prevent mechanical connection with the mating connector before delivery to the Client.
We provide the entire supply chain, including components tailored to the customer’s order. We assemble custom cable glands, sensors, metal components, and can also manufacture glands or connectors using Makromelt technology.
Electrical harnesses are tested and labeled with a QR code upon the Client’s request, ensuring batch tracking and providing information on when and with which program the harness was tested. This allows us to maintain full traceability, even when the harness is removed from the box by our Client and installed in the device.
For us, integrating quality into the process means minimizing the need for inspections while ensuring zero defects. During the assembly process, we achieve this through specially designed workstations equipped with Poka Yoke systems, which assist our operators and eliminate the possibility of errors. The final stage includes advanced electrical tests, both low and high voltage, to guarantee the reliability of each product.
