Most of the orders for encapsulated components are carried out using the Graco PR70 machine. It ensures high repeatability and process quality by precisely dosing and mixing two-component materials, ranging from low to high viscosity.
Smaller electronic components are manually or semi-automatically encapsulated by our skilled employees. This allows us to achieve exceptionally precise protection, even for very small electronic parts.
Resin-encapsulated products are tested under appropriate pressure. We perform statistical control of the finished product in a water tank.
