We provide low- and high-pressure injection molding capabilities, allowing controlled material flow, optimal cavity filling, and precise dimensional stability across a broad spectrum of components and polymers.

We use this production process to form components made of Makromelt materials, which serve as cable glands, connector insulation, or insulation for electronic components. It is applied in protecting moisture-sensitive parts of electrical harnesses and shaping wires.
Low-pressure injection molding technology is used to shape various types of glands on wires. The process takes place in an aluminum mold, which significantly reduces production setup costs compared to traditional injection molding machines.
The process provides excellent protection for electronic components that require enhanced resistance to moisture or immersion in water.

At OmegaOne, we use high-pressure injection molding technology to achieve exceptional precision, repeatability, and full control over the molding process. This method is essential for projects that require high levels of tightness, durability, and compliance with strict quality standards.
A central element of our process is the BOY 35E VV vertical injection molding machine. Its vertical configuration (VV) enables highly precise and stable molding operations, while the Procan ALPHA® control panel provides intuitive programming and continuous monitoring of process parameters.
This technology supports, among other applications, our production of components for the heat pump sector, where we mold specialized grommets that isolate electronic control boards from volatile gases accumulating inside the device.
The BOY 35E VV offers extensive flexibility in material selection, supporting a wide range of feedstock including thermoplastics (PP, PE, PS), elastomers (TPE, TPU), thermosets, PVC, hotmelt materials, and LSR silicones. This versatility allows us to deliver both standard and highly specialized applications with precision and reliability.

In collaboration with our partners, we design and manufacture injection molds tailored to specific projects. These molds can be single- or multi-cavity, and we also have experience in two-component and multi-stage injection molding.

The injection molding machine controllers allow us to precisely set process parameters, such as injection time and product cooling in the mold, ensuring optimal component formation.

The process is carried out using low-pressure and high-pressure injection molding machines, which precisely melt the material granules and inject them into the mold, ensuring an accurate reproduction of the desired shape.
